We're a company based in Latvia (registered address: FPFM SIA, Saulgožu iela 4 - 17, LV-1055 Rīga, Latvia) proudly serving customers in Canada. All orders are processed through our French headquarters.
A. Shipping Costs:
For all orders under $69 CAD, we charge a flat rate of $5.99 CAD. Orders $69 CAD and over get free shipping.
SHIPPING ORIGIN:
FPFM SIA runs this online store from Latvia, but products ship directly from our fulfillment partners in Asia to ensure the best selection and competitive prices on authentic surplus gear.
B. Processing and Delivery Times:
Here's the reality: Our military surplus products are stored at partner warehouses primarily located in Asia, which lets us offer an extensive selection of authentic items at competitive prices. Orders ship directly from these warehouses to Canada via express international carriers.
Order cutoff time is 2:00 PM EST.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:
- Order processing: 3-5 business days
- International shipping: 7-15 business days
- TOTAL TIME: 10-20 business days from order date
CARRIERS USED: Yunexpress, China Post, ePacket, or similar express international carriers.
NOTE: As these are international shipments, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections or local holidays. We'll update you promptly if there are significant delays. Times may vary depending on your delivery location in Canada and customs procedures.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
C. Changing Delivery Address:
We can't modify the address once the order has shipped from the warehouse. If you need to change your delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@surplus-tactical.com.
D. Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
E. Packages Damaged in Transit:
If you notice a package is damaged during transport, please refuse the package from the carrier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you being present, please contact our customer service at:
