All payments are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

2. Payment Processing

• Full payment is required at the time you confirm your order.
• Your order is only processed and shipped after payment confirmation.
• If your payment fails or is declined, your order will not be confirmed.

3. Pricing and Currency

• All prices on surplus-tactical.com are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Tax Status (Non-Resident Supplier)

FPFM SIA is a non-resident supplier within the meaning of the Canadian Excise Tax Act and is not registered for Canadian GST/HST. Most orders fall under the de minimis thresholds set by the Canada Border Services Agency (CAD 150 for duties, CAD 40 for taxes under CUSMA/USMCA for qualifying goods from a CUSMA party). Above these thresholds, customs charges may be assessed by CBSA on delivery.

5. Payment Security

• Surplus Tactical uses SSL encryption and certified payment gateways to secure all transactions.
• We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Our payment infrastructure complies with industry standards (PCI-DSS via Shopify Payments).

6. Refunds and Disputes

• Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy.
• Any unauthorized disputed transaction will be contested.
• If you encounter a problem with your order, contact us first at contact@surplus-tactical.com before initiating a chargeback.

7. Fraud Prevention

• Surplus Tactical reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
• For high-value orders, additional identity verification may be requested.
